Hard at work this week doing some of the less glamorous parts of sewing -- prepping projects. I put together some patterns and fabrics, and now am tracing a few Burda patterns and putting together a couple of pdfs from indie designers. I want to get 5 patterns traced off and adjusted, and hope to complete at least two of the resultant projects this month. Let's see, I haven't been too quick off the sewing mark this year so far!
I want to try something using the Style Arc Ines as my base pattern, and I'd like to make an easy blouse from a Burda pattern. The other patterns that I'm going to trace are potentials for some of the purple fabrics I pulled recently. And we'll see how those go! Even if it is just the tracing stage, I'm happy to feel like I have a bit of sewing mojo back. And I'm starting with the Ines, first tracing it then making some modifications. Hope this one will work ;)
